Warning for Dutch Paxum, RedPass, OKpay and Payoneer users

A little heads up for those who attended the Dutch Adult Webmaster Meeting and are taking the opportunity to do some sightseeing in the Netherlands. People on GFY are reporting problems with ABN AMRO operated ATMs.

It seems their ATMs don't play nice with prepaid VISA and MasterCard cards (like the Paxum, RedPass, OKpay or Payoneer MasterCard). The money is deducted from the accounts, but the ATM itself returns an error message instead of money.

ATMs operated by other banks like ING and Rabobank are working fine.
