Plugrush Compensation for Unexpected Downtime
We had some unexpected issues when doing some system upgrades last night, which resulted in no campaigns being active for a couple of hours. This is something that should not happen, and we apologize for the inconvenience and lost revenue this has resulted in. If you were running popunders or mobile redirect, all traffic went to your alternate url during this period. If you were trading traffic through widgets, you may have gotten less or more traffic than usually, but none of the traffic was tracked. Everything has now been corrected, and all services are online and working again. For our publishers we will issue a compensation payout based on your average daily earnings the past week. This compensation will be paid as a separate payout in a couple of days. Again sorry for the inconvenience. We will do our best to make sure this does not happen again.
